In Device manager, 'Sound Blaster Audio Controller' is shown under sound, video and game controllers.There's definitely a connection, because the LED is shining red.Turned off my pc and pulled out the power plug for 20 minutes.Uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers and Command.I have followed the troubleshooting page on the creative website but nothing works.
All I did was turn off my pc, rest 30min, then turn on my pc again, and Sound Blaster Command tells me 'Your audio device cannot be detected, please check your connection'.
